After I put all my Christmas decorations away the house just looked too plain. I made this bird nest out of paper shreds from an old cook book. After I got it all glued together I put it inside a bowl to help it form it's shape. I took it out today and was pretty pleased with the results. I know Spring is not coming anytime soon, but one can always hope.

Penny's Big Ass Cookies
- I have been making delicious cookies for many years. This particular cookie was named when a former boyfriend proclaimed. "These are some big ass cookies." I wasn't sure if he was describing the cookie or me but he assured me it was the cookie. We launched our cookie business this September and we sold out. I will keep you posted on the progress of our latest business venture.
