You can probably tell from this insane picture that I was more than ready for a vacation. I haven't taken one for five years and I made every minute of this one count. I didn't dare post about our plans because part of the trip included an appearance at Linda's Father's 80th birthday party. He did not know we were coming and we tried to keep it all very covert and Top Secret. Needless to say I could barely help myself from shouting from the roof tops about our plans. We spent twelve days in New England, including a five day trip to Maine. Maine is my all time favorite spot and I just always feel like I am coming home when I go there. Which is really odd since I was born and raised on the High Desert of Idaho. Who knows, maybe in another life???? We had a wonderful time and a full chronicle of our trip will follow. Thanks so much for hanging in while I was gone. I will post about my fabulous trip and then it is back to the Junk. We are gearing up for our Autumn season of flea markets and I will keep you updated on our future escapades. It will be good to get back to a regular routine and as Dorothy said, "There is no place like home."
