My Mother is ninety one and on Tuesday she fell and broke her pelvis in two places. This is the first broken bone she has ever had. She can be a Diva and she is very proud of her appearance even at her age. She was lotioning her feet and legs and basically giving herself a pedicure. She put on her rubber clogs with her lotioned feet and of course slipped and ended up flat on her back. She is now in the hospital and we are all hoping she will be able to recover to some degree. She is a feisty gal but at her age it is a tough situation. She has been living with me for the past five years. She will have to go into a care center for physical therapy and professional care. It is a situation that is never easy even when you think you are prepared for it. She and I have had to make a lot of adjustments in order to live in the same house. We are both strong, independent women and at times it has been a challenge to balance each of our needs. We will have to continue to adjust as we meet this new situation head on. I hope to be back junking soon but the next few days will be filled with the more practical side of life. I will keep you posted.
Hope Mom Diva is back on her feet soon...wow 91! Keep us posted.

And dear Auntie,
You have to do what you have to do.
Blessed are you and Linda who have given so much to take care of Grandma.
I have been making some stuff lately, sometime you should come see it.
Your nephew,
Rob
