Every single day I see beautiful spacious work areas, studios, and sometimes even separate retreats that crafters have. I am so jealous I can't even describe my yearning for such a place. Alas, I do have a small area in my home. I call it my work room and it is a very small 10x12 space just off of my sun room. I cannot even show you what it looks like because it is always in a constant flux of organization. Right now it is piled with stuff I am getting ready for this weeks Flea Market. The picture you see above is really where I do most of my crafting. It is a very large desk in my family room. No matter how much I try to contain myself, this is where I end up working. I guess I am afraid I might miss something so I end up smack dab in the middle of all my families activities. The only real draw back is I am a bit of a neat freak so I cannot just leave my stuff out to work on when the fancy strikes. I end up cleaning up the space and then dragging it out when I get a little time to work on my inner creative genius. I am currently working on some bracelets. In case you were wondering I am planning on displaying them on the rolling pin. I know the whole mess looks a little like something out of a "Where's Waldo" puzzle but I know we are friends and I can share my inner messiness with you.
