Simple Bouquet

When I got home from the Doctor on Monday my niece Robin had left this little bouquet on my bedside table.  It is just full of all the wonderful first Spring flowers.  She even included a few dandelions for good luck.  When we were little my Mother would take a dandelion flower and rub it under our chins.  She would say that if we had been "stealing butter" it would leave a yellow mark.  It always tickled and it always left a yellow mark.  This little bunch of flowers was just such a thoughtful and welcoming  treat to come home to.  It reminds me  of something I read once that "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."  and kind gestures never go out of style.
